SVI is a joint venture between Japan’s Inoac Corporation and British Vita. The company produces and sells urethane foam products in Shanghai through technology fostered by both companies over many years. SVI offers a wide range of foams, including ordinary ether foam (Colorfoam), special ether foams (Calmflex, antibacterial foams, etc.), ester foams (Moltopren) and filter foams (Moltofilter). The company has also introduced urethane foam types that are not produced in Japan to respond to the demands of the Chinese market, and strives to further penetrate the market through product development, manufacturing and quality that responds to its customers needs. |

December 1997: SVI is incorporated. February 2002: New plant is completed. July 2002: Foam production commences. March 2003: ISO9001/QS9000 certification is obtained. November 2003: Office opens in Southern China. |
