NIY manufactures and sells rubber products for automobiles and industrial materials. The plant is equipped with facilities for all processes, including milling, vulcanization, and testing, enabling the manufacturing of products that apply the unique control technology of the Inoac Corporation. NIY is working to reduce product costs by having its own metal mold manufacturing plant and by procuring Chinese government bonds for raw materials. In May 2004, a new 9,000 m2 plant was completed on a 38,000 m2 site, further strengthening its mass-production system. The new plant is equipped with milling equipment and vulcanizers. An extrusion line can also be set up. The plant is also fully-equipped with a dormitory for employees (with a 400-person capacity) and employee dining hall. |
