IHA is located in a suburb of Wuxi, the city of lakes and canals, and was established in 1995 through a joint venture between Japan’s Inoac Corporation and Wuxi Inoue Huagang Automobile Parts Company. IHA’s main products include automotive moldings based on plastic extrusion molding and urethane RIM molding technology. The company is striving to increase its production to keep up with China’s recent rise in car production, employing a workforce of 210 people on day and night production shifts. |

May 1995: The Wuxi Inoue Huagang Automobile Parts Company is incorporated. November 1996: ISO-9002 is acquired. VD-A6.1 and QS-9000 certification are acquired in April 2001. December 2003: TS-16949 certification is acquired. |

I’m Mr. Fukui from Inoac and I work at IHA. Although I am the only Japanese here, my working relationship with the Chinese staff varies between being a boss and a friend, which enables me to fully enjoy life in Wuxi without any sense of loneliness. |
